Office of the Solicitor Advisor
Joshua Campbell is working as an advisor in the Office of the Solicitor, which performs the “legal work” for Interior and provides “advice, counsel and legal representation to the Immediate Office of the Secretary, the Assistant Secretaries, and all other bureaus and offices overseen by the Secretary.”
Joshua Campbell attended Liberty University, and Samford University Cumberland School of Law, where he was involved with the conservative Federalist Society. Campbell has been a “civil and criminal trial litigator in state and federal courts for the past ten years.” After working at several law firms, Campbell opened his own, which focuses on “a range of litigation areas… such as but not limited to Trucking Accidents, Automobile Accidents, Professional Negligence/Medical Malpractice, Pharmaceutical Liability, and Governmental Liability.” In October 2015, Campbell began working as a field representative for Buddy Carter (R-GA), and in July 2016, started working on the “national advance and election law teams” of Donald Trump’s presidential campaign.
